I tend to rely on these capsules as soon as I feel low in energy. I feel like it helps to uplift the mood but I can’t really tell the about the effect on the immune system. I don’t get sick to often so I guess it works in a way. I’m satisfied with the emotional/psychological effects of the capsules so far.
